David Sacks, Esq. - Of Counsel
David B. Sacks: Mr. Sacks was born in New York City, New York, in 1960. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree, with honors, in 1988 from North Texas State University, Denton, TX, and a Juris Doctorate, with honors and Order of the Coif, in 1991 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, CA. During law school, Mr. Sacks clerked for the Ninth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals, and held an internship with the Federal Public Defenders’ Office in Sacramento. Ms. Sacks is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; U.S District Court, Northern District of Florida; U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; and the United States Court of Claims. From 2007-2015, Mr. Sacks was an Adjunct Professor at Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Sacks is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association; California Bar Association (inactive); and the National Employment Lawyers Association, Florida Chapter. He currently resides with his wife, Courtney, in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
